About Me
My name is Benjamin.
Here’s just a bit about me:
I’ve got more than a casual interest in China; I used to study Mandarin (I’d like to get back to it) and I read the history and philosophy of the land in my spare time. A lot of my favorite historical figures are from China’s Three Kingdoms era, and they greatly influence my writing. A lot of characters start out as some of my favorite Chinese people with new names.
I like to consider myself a writer. I’m usually writing something, at the very least. I’ll be sure to let you know about any published works. I pretty much just write Science Fiction and Fantasy stories (in addition to far more fan-fiction than is acceptable).
I’m engaged to the most amazing girl in the world, a wonderful and sweet woman who likes to call herself Gina (mostly because that is her name). You can read her opinions on things and stuff at her blog. We live in a nice apartment with our two vicious birds, a parrot named Molly and a dove named Sugar (and we’re not sure who is more aggressive).
The rest of the things to know about me are things I’m sure you’ll find out by reading this blog.
Welcome to my blog. I'm Ben, a guy who goes out of his way to think differently than the others around him; even if the others are right. Whether right or wong, my thoughts are usually (or, rather, unusually) unique. And now the whole world gets to read them.
Also, the background/theme will probably be changing repeatedly over the course of this month, so don't be alarmed if this place suddenly looks totally different. It's still me, still my thoughts; just a different style.

Capn,
Just stumbled upon you. I love Cao Cao,Your writing is very… let’s say unique. What is the carnival story? Was Your mother an acrobat, like mine,or something =y bizzare? I look forward to more of your “rants”, although I don’t think that you are actually ranting which is cool!

Your mom was a clown?

No, my father was.
You know my mother. Can you picture her as a clown?

Maybe like the mean clown that goes around pouring whitewash in other clowns’ pants and throwing buckets of confetti in their faces.
